Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping technical solutions, solving complex engineering challenges, and helping teams deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions from concept to production.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical direction of the platform.
• Break down complex business problems into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Champion engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, security, observability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical initiatives.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to Software Engineers across the team.
• Identify and address technical debt while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.
• Support production systems, investigate complex incidents, and implement long-term improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes, tooling, and ways of working.

• 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience developing and delivering production-grade applications.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and modern software development practices.
• Solid experience designing and building APIs, distributed systems, and scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of databases, software architecture, testing frameworks, and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience leading technical design discussions and influencing engineering decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting the development of other engineers.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, banking, or payments.
• Understanding of sports betting, online gaming, or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
