You will be responsible for coordinating daily dispatch activities, optimizing routes, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise during transit.

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles for daily deliveries and pick-ups.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal transit time.
• Monitor driver activities and vehicle locations using GPS tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery times, driver logs, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve issues in real-time.
• Liaise with customers to confirm delivery schedules and address any special requirements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Dispatcher or in a similar transportation coordination role.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and route optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
