Dispatch Officer

You will be the central point of communication, managing schedules, responding to real-time changes, and ensuring all operations run smoothly. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure, playing a crucial part in the logistical success within the administrative hub of Gauteng.

• Assign routes and schedules to drivers based on delivery requirements and vehicle availability.
• Monitor driver progress and communicate any delays or changes to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update system information in real-time.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a similar coordination role.
