Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 2+ years' experience in a warehouse administration role
- Computer literate (MS Office and ERP systems)
- Experience with purchase orders and obtaining supplier quotations
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Own reliable transport will be advantageous
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse administration
- Obtain supplier quotations and source the best pricing
- Create purchase orders and obtain management approval
- Pack customer orders and prepare parcels for dispatch
- Liaise with courier companies regarding collections and deliveries
- Perform stock counts and assist with stock control
- Assist with offloading containers and packing stock into the warehouse
- Ensure warehouse documentation is accurate and up to date
