• Oversee and report on warehouse productivity
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Verify orders, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
• Supervise a team of 13 warehouse personnel
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
• Manage truck and equipment maintenance
• Uphold health and safety standards
• Conduct monthly stock takes
• Contribute to continuous improvement

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and dispatch
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mind set
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Pastel (advantageous).
