Warehouse Supervisor; Remote

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate warehouse operations remotely. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency for our dispersed logistics network. You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, all while working from your home office.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping.

• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in areas such as throughput, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to remote warehouse teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Significant experience in warehouse operations, with prior supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills, adaptable to remote supervision.
