Gagon Family Medicine is a physician‑led, full‑spectrum Family Medicine practice serving Carbon and Emery counties through our clinics in Price and Huntington. We provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, including obstetrics with C‑sections, urgent care, inpatient medicine, mental health, women’s health, and preventive services.

This position offers true full‑spectrum Family Medicine, including:

• Outpatient Family Medicine
• Obstetrics with C‑sections
• Urgent Care
• Inpatient medicine and newborn care
• Hospital deliveries and rounding at Castleview Hospital

Clinic

Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Clinic Locations:
Providers rotate between Price and Huntington

Patient Volume:

• Typically, 24+/- patients per day on clinic days
• May see up to 30+ patients on higher‑volume urgent care days

OB Volume:

• Approximately 5–6 deliveries per month per provider
• Castleview Hospital averages ~250 deliveries annually

• OB Call: 1 in 5
• Inpatient Medicine Call: 1 in 4
• Urgent Care:
  One evening per week (5 pm - 8 pm) / One Saturday & Sunday approximately every seven weeks.
• Special scheduling benefit:
  Providers receive a 4‑day weekend the weekend following their urgent care weekend rotation

• Castleview Hospital (Duke University Health System affiliate)
• Responsibilities include deliveries, newborn care, and inpatient rounding

• Starting Base Salary: negotiable
• Earning Potential: based on productivity
• Sign‑On Bonus: negotiable
