- ER, Inpatient, and Outpatient studies

- X-ray (including fluoro)
- Ultrasound
- CT
- MRI
- Nuclear Medicine
- Daily Exam Volume: 50 exams
- Clinic and Hospital coverage
- Support Staff: Yes
- EMR: Medhost
- PACS: Infinitt
- Board Status:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
- State License:
- Active Utah medical license - Required
- Facility prefers active UT license over IMLC
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- CV Requirement:
- CV must show active Utah license
