Location

This position is located in Scoville/Idaho Falls, , on an active construction site. There may be requirements to travel to other project locations in the NW Region (, WA, UT).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust document control systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the full document lifecycle, including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving, while safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by responding promptly to information requests and facilitating audits and inspections.
  • Play an active role in corrective and preventive action investigations, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on document control workflows and standards.
  • Maintain and updated hard copy Construction Work Packages, ensuring accuracy and timely incorporation of revisions.
  • Delivere project reports and maintained detailed logs to support transparency and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, enhancing efficiency across document control operations.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, pharmaceutical, aerospace).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
