American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for an acute care night shift position requiring 3+ years of acute care experience and CRT or RRT certification.
Requirements- Current CRT or RRT certification (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 3 years of acute care experience
- Associate's degree required
- AHA certifications required
- Inpatient and outpatient respiratory therapy services in a 39-bed hospital with 49 beds on the unit
- Cardiopulmonary floor, Trauma Level 4 facility
- Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients
- Must be comfortable working alone and with neonates
- Night shift hours from 4:45 PM to 4:45 AM
- 36 guaranteed weekly hours
- Weekend work every other weekend
- No call requirements
- No floating required
- Provide respiratory therapy care across geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations
- Work independently and confidently with neonatal patients when needed
- Any scrub color is acceptable per facility dress code
- Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
- Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
