Job Description – MA, LPN or RN Dr. Lyman ) Description

Provides direct and indirect patient care and assists the physician. Responsible for front office duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, patient triage, obtaining a health history, performing ancillary tests, secretarial duties and carrying out the order prescribed by the provider. Interviews patients, gives injections, completes lab and x-rays, maintains current patient charts, and screens calls within physician guidelines.

Assists physician in performing procedures for the comfort and well-being of patients.

Medical Assistant Certification required. Basic Life Support Certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Previous experience working in a physician office preferred. Computer skills required.
