Description

Provides direct and indirect patient care andassiststhe physician. Responsible for front office duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, patient triage, obtaining a health history, performing ancillary tests, secretarial duties and carrying out the order prescribed by the provider. Interviews patients, gives injections, completes lab and x-rays, maintains current patient charts, and screens calls within physician guidelines. Assists physician in performing procedures for the comfort and well-being of patients.

Qualifications

Current Utah RN Licensure, Current Utah LPN licensure, or Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Basic Life Support Certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Previous experience working in a physician office preferred. Computer skills required.
