How You'll Contribute

Enjoy the flexibility to work 8‑hour shifts M‑F as needed (no weekends or holidays). This position will be primarily supporting the Eastern Utah Family Medicine Clinic with the ability to float to other clinics as desired.

• Qualifications and Requirements:
• Graduate of an LPN program Required
• Utah LPN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days Licenses
