$19.00/hr - $27.00/hr actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Vision associates support customers in the eye care center. Duties include verifying prescription information, aiding customers’ purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
