APROMAD Association pour la santé, la prévention et le maintien à domicile recherche un(e) Assistant-e social-e à 50-70% pour assurer le suivi social à domicile de personnes dépendantes.
Le poste exige un Bachelor en Travail social, plusieurs années d'expérience et de bonnes connaissances des assurances sociales suisses. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire dynamique et bénéficierez d'un accompagnement personnalisé.
Les conditions de travail sont équitables suivant la Convention Collective de Travail vaudoise.
