With a minimum of four years in accounts payable, you will match invoices against received quantities and work closely with our Ship/Receive department to address any discrepancies. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be vital for maintaining effective vendor relations as you handle daily administrative tasks as well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match vendor invoices with actual inventory received
• Process and enter received goods in the accounting system
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues
• Manage vendor credits and follow up as necessary
• Execute general office support and clerical tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking capacity
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word required
• Valid driver’s license for work-related travels
