Complete Distribution Services Ltd. is an independently owned Canadian company providing multi‑temperature distribution services throughout the Prairies and Northern Canada since 1985.

We are currently seeking a full‑time, onsite Accounting Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team in Prince Albert.

• Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
• Support payroll entry, order processing, and month‑end activities
• Maintain organized financial and office filing systems
• Provide support to customers, vendors, and delivery personnel
• Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as required

• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience
• Experience with accounting and payroll software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
