Accounts Receivable Clerk at Arctic Beverages

Join Arctic Beverages as an Accounts Receivable Clerk this summer in Centreport. This full-time, seasonal role focuses on invoicing, collections, and maintaining customer accounts.

We are seeking detail-oriented summer students or recent graduates who will support the Admin department from June to September 2026. This position requires strong skills in invoicing and account reconciliation while fostering positive customer relationships. Collaborate with the Admin team for effective cash flow management and ensure financial accuracy throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor AR aging reports and pursue overdue accounts

• Contact customers to resolve payment issues promptly

• Reconcile customer accounts and rectify discrepancies

• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end closing

• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance purposes

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Accounting or Finance, or relevant diploma/degree

• Strong understanding of invoicing and collections processes

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
