Lakeland Ford is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This Monday to Friday position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys administrative and accounting work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

Process customer payments (cash, cheque, and credit card)

Enter and update accounts receivable information

Track unpaid invoices and maintain accurate records

Investigate and resolve account discrepancies

Assist with collections and customer payment inquiries

Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports

Complete other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Previous dealership experience is an asset, not required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable with computers and data entry

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
