Accounts Receivable Clerk - Lakeland Ford

Lakeland Ford is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This Monday to Friday position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys administrative and accounting work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Process customer payments (cash, cheque, and credit card)
• Enter and update accounts receivable information
• Track unpaid invoices and maintain accurate records
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
• Assist with collections and customer payment inquiries
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports
• Complete other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

• Previous dealership experience is an asset, not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Full-time, Monday to Friday – no weekends
