Position: PAGC Receptionist for Child Care Programs
The Prince Albert Grand Council is hiring a Receptionist for the Child Care & Education Centre, where administrative support is crucial for the center's success. Candidates with strong attention to detail will be prioritized.

This position is exclusively open to PAGC First Nations Members and permanent employees. Applicants need a Business Administration Diploma or equivalent experience, along with the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Confidentiality and teamwork are critical components for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide key administrative support to Child Care & Education Centre

• Ensure all tasks are prioritized and completed on time

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding office information

• Collaborate closely with team members for effective program execution

• Perform various office duties as required

Requirements:

• Business Administration Diploma or comparable experience

• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills

• Must pass a Provincial/Federal Check for system access

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is preferred

• Knowledge of an official council language is an asset
