Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints and shop drawings thoroughly

• Direct field employees to enhance productivity

• Work with the Project Manager to schedule projects

• Guide safety inspections and team meetings

• Handle daily reporting and administration with precision

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in drywall and framing

• Proven track record of supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of construction equipment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to implement safety regulations successfully
