This full-time role requires a strong background in managing resources and ensuring safety and quality. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and enforce safety protocols while motivating your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and manage the project workflow

• Oversee field employees for efficiency and quality

• Conduct safety meetings and regular site inspections

• Manage daily paperwork including timecards and reports

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in the drywall and framing sector

• Demonstrated management experience

• Strong knowledge of industry best practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Competency to work safely at heights
