Enhance your coordination expertise as a Construction Project Coordinator with RWC. This role requires effective material management and collaboration on construction estimating in a dynamic environment.
RWC is seeking a Project Coordinator with 1-3 years of hands-on experience. You will facilitate project life cycles, manage material deliveries, and collaborate with general contractors. This role also includes preparing estimates, analyzing blueprints, and ensuring compliance with LEED requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide product alternatives during project lifecycle
• Coordinate material deliveries based on site needs
• Collaborate with the GC on change requests
• Liaise with the BIM model team for accuracy
• Prepare estimates and calculate material take-offs
Requirements:
• 1-3 years as a Project Coordinator
• Proficient with construction estimating software and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Provincial Building Codes
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
