Site Superintendent

RNF Ventures Ltd., located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, is a locally owned, open shop General Contracting and Construction Management firm with over 40 years of steady growth behind us. • Coordination of overall job site to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of projects.
• Implementation and reporting on Company Health and Safety Program with the Company Health and Safety Officer.
• Report to, and work with Project Manager on the following on site activities:
  • Overall site management
  • Develop and maintain construction schedule.
  • Maintain construction budget.
  • Quality control.
  • Maintain legislative requirements for all on site personnel.
  • Manage labor requirements and allocation.
  • Sub-trade coordination.
  • On site purchasing and cost control.
  • Liaison with Owners and Consultants.
  • Project start up and closeout requirements.
  • Timely submittal of all required documentation for office use.

• Supervise projects with limited office support.
• Communicate effectively with RNF field staff and office personnel.
• Effectively represent RNF Ventures when dealing with Owners and Consultants.
• Experience with Microsoft programs is an asset, but not a requirement.
• Good comprehension of O H & S legislation and regulations.
• Pre-engineered building experience is an asset.
