Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guide them to available mechanics

• Advise customers on repair options and pricing

• Schedule vehicle drop-off and pickup appointments

• Maintain workflow by coordinating with technicians

• Process payments and maintain accurate service records
Requirements:

• Kind and cheerful demeanor

• Valid driver's license is essential

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the role

• Basic computer skills for scheduling and invoicing

• Manual transmission driving skills are a bonus
