Position: Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron's Store

Your role will center on building lasting relationships to drive lease renewals and satisfaction.

As you serve as a coach to customers, you will engage in both phone and in-person visits to address payment collections and renewals. Key skills such as empathy, active listening, and strong negotiation will be crucial for navigating challenging conversations effectively. Your organizational talents will equip you to manage multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate customer account information

• Directly interact with customers for lease renewals

• Advocate for timely lease renewals and payments

• Collaborate with the Customer Account Manager on goals

• Ensure safe transportation and maintenance of merchandise

Requirements:

• U.S. applicants: minimum age of 21 and valid driver’s license

• Canada applicants: minimum age of 18

• Two years of relevant retail/customer service experience preferred

• High energy and multitasking capability

• Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
