Client Support Representative

Position: Client Support Representative Needed
Step into a Client Support Representative role at the Canadian Public Safety Operations Organization, located in Prince Albert. This full-time position offers vital support for emergency communication services.

In this role, you'll handle trouble tickets and service requests while ensuring the effective functioning of the Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications Network. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, updating client information, and providing timely communication to our users about system outages and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in the development of a structured helpdesk support approach

• Prioritize and manage incoming service requests expertly

• Maintain records in various systems, including Service Desk Plus

• Monitor status of the PPSTN Radio towers and report accordingly

• Create user-facing documentation to aid in effective support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent

• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with 80% accuracy

• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong computer skills for troubleshooting issues

• Proficient communication skills in both written and verbal English
