Customer Experience Coordinator

Phantom Light Distillery is seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This position combines customer service, sales support, marketing coordination and office administration. You will be the first point of contact for many customers and help ensure every interaction with our company is professional, friendly and efficient.

• Welcome and onboard new customers.
• Build relationships with existing customers.
• Contact customers before scheduled delivery routes to identify product needs.
• Coordinate customer requests with sales, production and delivery.
• Assist with customer orders as required.
• Help prepare marketing materials and promotional items.
• Organize tasting equipment, trade show displays and event supplies.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries.
• Maintain customer records and business documentation.
• Order office supplies and assist with general office administration.

• Customers receive prompt, professional service.
• New customers have a smooth onboarding experience.
• Delivery routes are prepared through proactive customer contact.
• Customer requests are followed through to completion.
• Marketing and office resources are organized and ready when needed.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service, sales support, marketing or office experience is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset.
