Position: Aaron's Customer Account Advisor Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep customer account information up to date

• Address lease renewal needs through direct communication

• Engage customers about renewal payment benefits

• Assist with deliveries and returns as needed

• Safely operate company vehicle during customer interactions

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21 years

• Two years of experience in retail or customer service desired

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and more with help

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills required

• Professional demeanor and effective multitasking ability
