The Associate Medical Clinic is looking for a Family Physician (Full‑time) to join our established clinic with a large patient base. We are a private clinic in the Prince Albert Health Region. The Physician will accept all duties pertaining to the general practice of medicine.

The Associate Medical Clinic currently has 11 family physicians (2 on maternity leave) and 5 general surgeons. We have been serving the City of Prince Albert and surrounding communities for over 50 years. Patients are treated in a welcoming professional environment with access to minor laboratory services, electrocardiograms, audiograms, and a treatment room equipped for minor surgical procedures. Electronic medical records (Accuro) are used.

Being part of a group practice, physicians have support from fellow physicians for consultations on difficult cases. The medical building also houses a pharmacy, an internist/geriatrician, obstetricians/gynecologists, a dental surgeon, and two dentists, making it an ideal location.

Affiliation with the University of Saskatchewan offers teaching opportunities to medical students and residents. Opportunities exist to work in ambulatory care, emergency room, obstetrics, and surgical assists.

Income is based on MCIB billing and third‑party billing per month with a competitive overhead structure. Reduced overhead on all obstetrical billings. The call schedule is approximately 1 in 9. Each physician has their own schedule and high flexibility for work‑life balance.

Prince Albert is the 3rd largest city in Saskatchewan with a population of 39,737. Located in the broad valley of the North Saskatchewan River, near the geographical center of the province where the agricultural prairie of the south and the rich forest belt of the north meet. Highways 2, 11, 55, 302 and 3 all connect in Prince Albert. Within an hour’s drive, you will enjoy lakes, golf courses, ski trails, great fishing, hunting and other recreational opportunities.
