Reporting to the Director of Student Success Services, you will join a collaborative environment at Northern or Saskatoon campus.
Your role includes developing retention strategies, supporting student academic choices, leading seminars on study skills, and tracking student achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement retention strategies aimed at enhancing success
• Provide outreach for academic decision support
• Lead study skills and success seminars for students
• Support student orientation and tutoring initiatives
• Monitor student academic progress closely
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of three years in student engagement roles
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Background with diverse student groups
• Experience in advising and retention activities
