Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective retention strategies
- Conduct outreach and support for student academic decisions
- Facilitate seminars focused on study skills and success
- Assist in delivering student orientation and tutoring programs
- Monitor and track student academic progress
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum three years of experience in student engagement
- Proven communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Background working with diverse student populations
- Experience in academic advising and retention activities
