You will take on the responsibility of instructing a specialized cohort while fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere. The role emphasizes mentorship and support for students entering the Industrial Mechanics trade. You’ll also work alongside program heads, ensuring compliance with academic regulations and pursuing ongoing professional development for enhanced teaching effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging Industrial Mechanics instruction based on program needs
• Support classroom management and optimal learning conditions
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Customize curriculum to meet diverse student requirements
• Cooperate with faculty and manage equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Industrial Mechanic Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate
• Two years of post-Journeyperson experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
• Strong interpersonal and instructional skills
