This position reports to the Director of Student Success Services at the Northern or Saskatoon campus. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing retention strategies, engaging students in their academic decisions, facilitating essential skills seminars, and monitoring their academic progress rigorously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop retention strategies that drive student success
• Conduct outreach for informed academic decision-making
• Facilitate seminars on effective study techniques
• Assist with student orientation and tutoring services
• Keep track of student progress to ensure academic achievement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required
• Three years of experience in student engagement expected
• Proven ability in communication and problem-solving
• Experience working with diverse student demographics
• Knowledge of academic advising and retention strategies
