This part-time temporary position is vital for nursing staff education starting July 6, 2026. You will be responsible for assessing training needs, implementing orientation, and enhancing client-centered care strategies. Working with the interprofessional team is essential for facilitating effective client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing education aligned with organizational goals
• Evaluate and address educational needs within the unit
• Act as a clinical resource for nursing staff
• Engage in committee work to refine healthcare practices
• Communicate effectively with unit management
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of palliative care experience
• Five years of relevant clinical nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certificate required
• Must complete ACLS training upon hire
