Position: Library Clerk or Technician II Role
Assume the Library Technician II position, with potential to be filled as Library Clerk, supporting resource accessibility for teachers and students. This role operates on-site and prioritizes organized library collections.

As a key member of our library team, you will oversee daily operations, catalog and classify materials, and assist users in accessing library resources. A Library Technician diploma or equivalent is critical, as is a valid driver’s license. Skills in MARC coding and automated systems will enhance your contributions in this educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain shelves and perform circulation duties

• Catalog print and audio visual resources

• Print and send overdue notices as needed

• Advise on acquisitions and engage with users

• Supervise library volunteers and aid students

Requirements:

• Must possess a Library Technician diploma

• Valid driver's license is a requirement

• Knowledge of Insignia Software preferred

• Ability to work independently and effectively

• Criminal record and vulnerable sector check required
