You will be responsible for planning and executing the Community Awareness Plan, while developing solid relationships with Indigenous organizations that facilitate student support. Your leadership will contribute to growing a proactive Indigenous alumni network and enhancing awareness of available resources for students. Extensive travel for workshops and consultations is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the Community Awareness Plan’s execution
• Build relationships with Indigenous organizations
• Develop financial and informational student support resources
• Travel for workshops and instructional services
• Collaborate on Indigenous student strategies with alumni
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in education, business, or similar area
• Minimum three years of recent related experience
• Credibility in Indigenous educational settings
• Proven ability in public speaking and relationship building
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
