Within Bridges and Materials Branch, the Materials side secures and manages the Ministry’s aggregate assets, as well as providing materials, surfacing, testing and geotechnical engineering expertise to the Ministry and other stakeholders. This director manages the aggregate and geotechnical functions.
The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and forward‑thinking leader to guide the province’s Aggregate and Geotechnical programs—critical components that keep our infrastructure strong, resilient, and built for the future.
In this senior leadership role, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geoscientists, and technicians who support the province’s transportation infrastructure. You will shape strategic direction, provide high‑level technical expertise, and oversee key programs that influence the planning, design, and long‑term performance of the transportation network. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with partners across government, industry, and communities to deliver safe, sustainable, and innovative infrastructure solutions.
This permanent full‑time opportunity is based in Saskatoon, Regina, or Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
