As a Senior Assessor, you will be at the forefront of conducting thorough asset condition assessments, supporting both fieldwork and project management efforts. Collaborate with management to deliver assessments that meet project requirements while actively participating in team training and onboarding. This role ensures your input directly influences project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute asset condition assessments and inspection tasks

• Document findings in comprehensive reports

• Offer insights for capital budgeting purposes

• Schedule project activities and site coordination

• Facilitate training and support new team members

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in engineering or building science

• 5-8 years of experience in building assessments

• Familiarity with ASTM assessment standards

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Valid driver's license with travel availability
