Material Planner

Position: Material Planner at Worley
Elevate project execution with Worley Canada as a Material Planner. Utilize your expertise in materials management to ensure construction readiness through meticulous data preparation and planning.
As a key role within Worley Canada, you will support industrial construction projects across Alberta and western Canada. The Material Planner is responsible for defining and structuring material data, aligning engineering deliverables with procurement needs, and enabling effective field execution. With a strong focus on accurate material requirements, you will set up the materials management system (Site Sense) to ensure visibility and traceability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop material requirements from engineering deliverables

• Structure material data for system loading and tracking

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness before entry

• Interface with engineering for material take-offs

• Analyze material availability against schedules
Requirements:

• 7+ years in industrial construction

• Strong expertise in materials management and planning

• Experience with Site Sense or similar systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data tools

• Technical certification or degree in relevant field
