You will foster meaningful relationships and deliver expert financial advice to help members achieve their goals. This role involves collaboration with specialty teams to provide comprehensive support and educating members on digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build long-lasting relationships with members

• Identify financial opportunities and recommend products

• Collaborate with specialty teams for complex advice

• Educate members on digital banking tools

• Act as an ambassador for Affinity’s community values

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in finance or related field

• Genuine passion for community support

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive in learning and career development

• Relevant experience in financial services preferred
