As an experienced credit professional, you will adjudicate complex commercial and agricultural requests. • Adjudicate complex commercial and agricultural credit applications independently
• Review cash flow, liquidity, leverage, and debt service ability
• Assess collateral, guarantors, covenants, and environmental risks
• Identify policy exceptions, weaknesses, and emerging credit risks
• Prepare clear recommendations, decisions, assessments, and rationale

• Five or more years in commercial or agricultural lending
• Experience with credit adjudication or credit risk management
• Strong commercial and agricultural financial analysis experience
• Understanding of lending structures and borrowing entities
• Professional lending or risk certifications considered an asset
