Position: Registered Dietitian (RDN) - Sales

Registered Dietitian (RDN) – Sales Area Manager (Enteral Nutrition)

Base Salary PLUS BONUS Opportunity

Full Spectrum Search Group is a healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post‑acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking a clinically trained, patient‑focused Registered Dietitian to serve as an Area Sales Manager supporting an established Enteral Nutrition Support Program. Sales experience is preferred but not required – we’re looking for someone who can connect with people, build trust with families and providers, and bring a passion for patient care into a field‑facing role.

This position blends direct clinical work with referral engagement and outreach activities and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of care and communication.

Pay Information
  • Full Spectrum Search Group provided pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian with current licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nutrition experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships across referral sources, providers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for patient visits, in‑services, and community engagement.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with home health, post‑acute, or enteral nutrition delivery is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct nutrition assessments and follow‑up with new and existing enteral patients (in hospitals or home settings).
  • Support pump‑fed patient setups and provide education during discharge transitions.
  • Act as a clinical resource for physicians and referral partners regarding nutritional needs and enteral formulas.
  • Deliver in‑services and educational sessions for key referral sources and community groups.
  • Recommend product formulary updates and educational tools for patients and providers.
  • Participate in health fairs, professional organizations, and regional marketing events to build program awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to track referral trends, patient outcomes, and community needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Corporate Dietitian and provide program feedback.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and maintain documentation for all clinical activities.
