Saskatchewan Health Authority Purchasing Clerk

As a key member of the Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for managing stock and non-stock supplies for the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The position requires twelve months of relevant purchasing experience in a healthcare background. You will be integral in maintaining inventory accuracy, tracking orders, and overseeing vendor communications on overdue items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and manage inventory of supplies and equipment

• Maintain records of inventory levels and suppliers

• Follow up on overdue items with vendors

• Reconcile invoices for accuracy and compliance

• Work alongside the healthcare supply team

Requirements:

• One year of purchasing experience in a healthcare setting

• High School diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Intermediate knowledge of computer software

• Familiarity with medical-surgical supply chain
