The Prince Albert Housing Authority is currently recruiting for two (2) Maintenance Workers to join their team for a seasonal position from June to September. If you are ambitious, results focused, and a self-starter we would love to hear from you!

Position

Assist with groundskeeping, including grass cutting, weeding, etc.

Maintain and provide minor repairs to downspouts, gutters, fences, etc.

Assist with garbage removal and janitorial duties

Respond to requests for minor repairs and maintenance tasks

Responsibilities and Requirements

Some experience in groundskeeping, and willingness to learn new skills including operation of landscaping tools, tractor/mower, etc.

Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

Ability to participate in a regular, continuous on call program for emergencies, including evening, weekend, and holiday coverage

A valid driver's license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
