Prince Albert Seasonal Maintenance Worker

Join the Prince Albert Housing Authority team as a Seasonal Maintenance Worker from June to September. Assist with maintenance tasks, including groundskeeping, repairs, and janitorial efforts to enhance property conditions.

We are on the lookout for two Maintenance Workers to support our seasonal operations. Responsibilities include managing groundskeeping duties, responding to maintenance requests, and performing minor repairs. Successful candidates should be ambitious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about landscaping tools and other maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage groundskeeping activities such as lawn care and weeding

• Maintain and repair gutters, downspouts, and fences

• Handle garbage removal and janitorial tasks as needed

• Address requests for minor repairs and maintenance work

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in groundskeeping, eager to learn

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

• Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge

• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
