Location: Kinistino

Help maintain quality living conditions at Kinistino Housing Authority as a Maintenance Contractor, overseeing repairs and landscaping for senior and family residences. Your hands-on repairs will make a difference.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for all building and grounds maintenance for 16 senior and 20 family units in Kinistino. Required to own your tools, you will handle a variety of minor repairs, ensuring that all properties remain in top shape. Regular yard care and snow removal duties are also part of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute plumbing repairs alongside appliance fixes

• Manage door and lock repairs effectively

• Complete roof, siding, and fence maintenance

• Conduct regular grounds care and lawn maintenance

• Implement snow removal during colder seasons

Requirements:

• Must have own tools and equipment

• Experience in maintenance repairs preferred

• Solid grounds maintenance skills

• Strong reliability and commitment

• Resident of Kinistino or nearby
