With 3-5 years of experience in general maintenance, you will deliver services from plumbing to electrical repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents to manage maintenance requests

• Prepare and maintain apartments and shared areas

• Carry out repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Perform regular inspections and maintain detailed logs

• Assist in property improvements and ongoing maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years maintenance experience

• Technologically savvy and able to use mobile applications

• Customer service-oriented with strong relationship skills

• Clean driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Must be available for on-call responsibilities
