Facilities Maintenance Head

Become the Facilities Maintenance Head at Prince Albert Catholic School Division. Lead operations and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and building systems effectively.

As a Journeyperson Technician, you'll collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of educational and business environments. This full-time role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on various trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Strong commitment to safety standards and facilities upkeep is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on maintenance tasks

• Maintain and support building systems and infrastructure

• Manage safety procedures during installations and repairs

• Ensure compliance with Fire and Building Codes

• Operate a vehicle equipped for towing trailers

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or GED required

• Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate in a related trade

• Minimum three years' experience in facility maintenance

• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Standards

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
